Q: Do you have a showroom where I can view your discount Los Angeles furniture? A: Yes we do. We have a showroom located in Rowland Heights, CA. Stop by and take a first hand look at the quality and comfort of our products.
Q: I cant seem to find the legs for my futon. I don't think they came inside the box. Where can I find them? A: Manufacturers carefully package the legs inside the futon for packaging purposes. There should be a zipper in the back of the futon, the legs should be enclosed.
Q. I received my West Covina furniture with damages ? What should I do ? A. Do not throw away the box. We will need this in order to exchange your damaged product for a new one. Please take a photograph of your damaged product and email to firstname.lastname@example.org. One of our representatives will contact you within 24 hours in order to properly take care of this issue.
Q. I have very limited space in my room. How do I know what will fit best in my room ? A. No problem. Give us your dimensions and we will gladly help you furnish your home with your detailed specification.
Q. I ordered something online but I don't like how it looks and wish to return it. How do I go about ? A. There is a15% restocking fee. You are responsible for bringing back the item in its original packaging. We will not accept any items without the original carton. No exceptions.
Q. What if I purchased the wrong size/ color ? A. As long as the order has not shipped out we can still modify your order. See store policy.
Q. How fast can my order ship out ? A. For local orders, we aim to deliver on the same date as purchased. For out of state orders, we usually take 3 days for processing.
Q. What is your delivery radius ? A: As Orange County furniture specialists, we can deliver within 50 miles or less. We also offer our customers free delivery within 5 miles. Please contact one of our sales representatives for delivery free or shipping quotation.
Q. What is my Tracking number? A. A tracking number will be issued to you as soon as we process your order. Orders may take up to 5 business day for process depending on season
Q. How do I track my order? A. You will need to log in to the website and input the tracking number that you received from our sales representative.
Q. I lost my receipt, can I still exchange? A.No exchanges without receipt. No exceptions. Sorry
Q.Do I need to show my receipt when I pick up from your warehouse ? A.Yes. Our warehouse needs proof of purchase.
Q.Why is the color not what I expected? A.Due to computer graphic card and monitor DPI some colors may not appear the same in person. You can call us and we will be more than delighted to email you a picture.
